If you are unaware of the Indycamp story, it involves some litigants in Scotland who are asserting that Jesus is the rightful King of Scotland and thus they can’t legally be evicted from the grounds of the Scottish Parliament (which obviously has no jurisdiction)
There’s a great Lowering the Bar piece here
about the Court’s refusal to allow the Indy Camp litigants to call Queen Elizabeth to be cross-examined. There’s also the lovely detail that they contacted 144 lawyers asking them to take the case and all of them ‘said they were busy’
Anyway, the headline of this piece is something that Lord Turnbull, hearing this case today actually said to the litigants in person during today’s hearing. There’s also a lovely exchange where Lord Turnbull says “This witness statement is signed with the single word ‘Christ’ – can we talk about that for a moment?’
I strongly urge you to follow @BBCPhilipSim on Twitter, who is live tweeting from this hearing, no doubt with his fist stuffed in his mouth to stop himself crying with laughter. It is a CRACKER. Right now. An antidote to all of the other bad news over the last few days.
A selection of other splendid live tweets
Mr Mitchell says Tony Blair and David Cameron may have broken the first two of the ten commandments
Mr McFarlane confirms that Christ was in the courtroom earlier. He wants the true stone of destiny to be brought out for him.
Mr McFarlane urges Lord Turnbull to read his letter from Christ. “I’ve read it. I’ve read all the papers,” Lord Turnbull says.
Lord Turnbull arrives on the bench. A man who I’m pretty sure is John A Hill, whom some campers believe to be Christ, refuses to stand up.
Apparently if the judges refuse to kneel to God and “keep Our Law” they’ll “spend an eternity in the lake of fire and brimstone”
Just been given a copy of #IndyCamp affidavit signed “Christ, King of Scotland”. It notes that “I am the lawful owner of this entire world”.
Court adjourned now for the day, but this is well worth following until it ends. IF it ever does.
In case you are wondering on the first two Ten Commandments that Blair and Cameron may have broken
Thou shalt have no other gods before me
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image
Meh, if that’s the worst stuff that Chilcott says about Blair, I think he’ll be happy…
Thanks for this much needed twitter titter cheer up.

It wasn’t 100% clear if Recorders also had to kneel or face eternity in a lake of fire and brimstone, but am hoping you will be okay…
Reblogged this on World4Justice : NOW! Lobby Forum..
Oh and I thought the second coming was to be a tiny might south of Scotland, does that mean Armageddon has been relocated to the Hebrides.
(note: Interesting that there were three different Christs at occupy in London, only two claimed the throne of England though)
The very confusing thing is though, is that as everybody knows God is an Englishman and I am positive that he brought his son up better than this, standing up is only polite is it not. And what on earth is he doing in Scotland, if its a camping holiday then it cannot really be called official business can it?
This may be useful to the Judge The New Testament Matthew Chapter 24 “22“If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. 23 At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. 24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you ahead of time.”
Also it may be useful to know that according to the Bible Jesus is coming down from above so if the so called Christ in this case has arrived by any other means , such as a bus he is definitely a fraud.
Not if he was on the top deck, surely….
If anyone wants to see the Affidavit, it is here
http://jahtalk.thefarrellreport.net/king-of-scotland/
I find it fascinating that in an affidavit that asserts in effect that the Bible is the law and that politicians have no power to make laws and Judges thus have no powers to enforce them, that it uses the phrase ultra vires….
ah, he comes via the clouds, not a no 57
plus all the world will see, likely televised?
Oh it’s JAH, he lives in Australia, married, had parents.
He has demanded his UK thrown back too
He did come in the clouds though, from cloud cuckoo land.
he is a type of new ager with a common condition

No doubt, Mr Hill will be relying on his favourite case, that well-know constitutional law precedent R v JA Hill, decided in the Southwark Crown Court 😉
